(November 24, 2019, 9:16 pm)I have severe sleep apnea. Airport security lost my CPAP on a business trip to Thunder Bay. At 7 PM, on arrival to my hotel, I discovered this little problem. I could not sleep that night. In the morning, I visited the shop and purchased a new hose - no problems whatsoever. When the owner heard my story, he said I should called as they have after-hours service for urgent situations.

I needed a CPAP machine. I set out to find a company that would meet my needs. After phoning several companies, I chose Northern Respiratory. Steve explained what I would need. Northern Respiratory also had the best price on the mask and the hoses making the overall price more affordable. Rachelle made sure the mask fit my face and was comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel confident having them taking care of my needs.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been very pleased with the service I received at Northern Respiratory. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. I really felt like the staff sincerely wanted to see me be successful with my CPAP machine. You made an uncomfortable situation feel ok. I am glad that I stuck with it as using the CPAP has made a huge difference in my health and quality of life. I did not really expect that and am glad that I stayed with it.
