(January 27, 2020, 5:03 am)Staff were polite and friendly but to get there is a challenge in winter. The entrance seems a little confusing with odd signage but you will eventually find the right entrance.

(January 6, 2020, 10:21 pm)So between all major shippers these guys have the best 1-800 number, they managed to hold my package at the Depot. I made the mistake of going to the wrong door and the guy walked me out and pointed to the sign instead of just telling me, although he wasn't rude he wasn't friendly either so I thought oh here we go with these guys but I got to the back door and was greeted by a friendly lady she seemed to be the manager of the place, the staff there were all friendly, I was there while it was very busy and they all apologized when they had to interrupt. Amazing service, thank you to the staff for helping me out before I hit the road. You Ladies/Guys rock!
