Bathroom is okay .. no sinks .. only a hand sanitizer -

This is simply a rest stop that offers a nice view of the nearby river with a highway bridge and a railroad bridge across it. There is a short hiking trail to a small lookout where you can relax. You can also find some public restrooms here.
