Nice private spot with excellent facilities. Nice views and not too far from some outfitets and gas stations if you forget something. Great area for bird watchers.

One of my favorite campground, camping sites have a lot of room to set up your camp and even have enough space to play with the kids. Riding on the islands is a beautiful sight. Friendly staff!! I definitely recommend this place ?

Nice little campground. Well maintained and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff

However. The beach is really gross. It’s like you are walking in mud. I literally had mud up to my knees.

Also, you will feel very comfortable and almost feel at home if you are from Syria or Iraq or any Mid East country. This place is very popular if you like to wear a hijab.

We went for a long weekend, site number 13. Only one old washroom was available which was very old and not clean. Campsite was very good. Most of the campsites were full sun and privacy was low. Although we loved our site which was very big one. Also it had water electricity hookups on site itself. So we really dint have to go to tap to get water. You might need a hose though. Overall good experience. Authorities come every hour to check if everyone is okay and not very loud. Woodlands beach in front of campgrounds ( across road) was great. Water was clear and not very deep.
