Car had a flat tire on the highway nearby and had to be towed to this particular Canadian Tire. They were extremely helpful and caring about the situation. They had the correct tires in stock and made time in their schedule to immediately replace 2 tires at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this particular Canadian tire as customer service is 1st class.

I always have made purchases of merchandise at Canadian Tire and mostly at this local location. Recently I purchased a set of winter type tires and steel rims for my F250.

I made the decision to have them installed and the original rims and tires removed at the garage at this location. Part of this decision was based on the fact that the price to install the tires on the rims also included full installation on the vehicle. The price was a great value given the complexity of dealing with the large pickup truck. I have never used the auto service facilities at the store and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received.

The staff at the service counter greeted me for my appointment with a smile and pleasant attitude. They answered a couple questions I had, and then invited me to have a seat in the waiting area.

Because of the window allowing view of the service garage, I was able to see what was going on with my truck. Now it is important to note that lifting a 4X4 F250 is not an easy task, and I have read stories about half baked garages damaging such vehicles due to improper lifting techniques. Well, the garage is equipped with professional hoist equipment to lift such a vehicle properly from the axles, and the technician is experienced with all aspects.

Unlike most customers I do not want to get in and out in a rush but rather want garage staff to take their time and do things properly, and that is exactly what they did with my truck. The technician took his time and carefully performed all aspects of the work. I was impressed. It seemed that the staff felt I was uncomfortable waiting since they apologized and said it should be finished shortly, but I assured them to take their time as I was in no rush and did not want a rush job done.

When I left they handed me the keys and we chatted briefly. I will definitely go to this location again for service.
