I have been going to Dr. Lau for about 10 years and he is the best optometrist I have ever been to. He is very thorough and makes you feel well taken care of. On a plus side all his office staff are very helpful and welcoming and friendly. There is no pressure to purchase glasses from his office, he just wants what is best for his patient.
Had a fabulous appointment today. Tests were done that had never been done before. Dr. Lau's approach made me very relaxed and his staff both knowledgable and kind made my visit a positive experience. Many thanks and see you in a year. It is well work the drive from Ottawa.
Dr Lau is the best
Dr. Lau is great. Excellent eye doc. I travel from Ottawa to see him, not the receptionist.
My experience with Dr. Lau was great. He is very professional, thorough and gregarious. I plan to keep him as my optometrist. Unfortunately, the front desk help made me feel less than comfortable. Being the first point of contact, in my personal opinion, sets the mood and opinion of the customer. It would be advantageous to be more welcoming and a smile never hurt. Thankfully, Dr. Lau's personality won me over.
