Their new manager Desiree, is very helpful and accommodating and Treena French was a great help when it came to an emergency finance need. All of their "counter executives" are friendly, efficient, and helpful. They also set me up with an account in the US where I can transfer US$ instantly, with no added fee. I highly recommend this bank.
