(February 2, 2021, 10:38 pm)I do virtual private training sessions with Lisa from another province. I am not naturally athletic and this is a stretch for me but is working really well and I'm pretty happy. Lisa's ability to tailor exercises to me and my limited abilities and keep me motivated with new exercises and verbal encouragement is much appreciated. I am looking forward to continuing to grow in my strength and confidence and get my body in shape. Highly recommend Lisa and Lisa's Online Fitness.

(January 29, 2021, 7:20 pm)Lisa’s fitness classes are the best with lots of levels and variety with each and every class. You never ever get bored doing the same routine over and over again. She continually switches things up to keep it both challenging and interesting.

She in especially effective over different media platforms. Her attention to detailed instructions and timing makes the experience vary personal. One feels like she really cares about all in her class. And I know participant satisfaction is her top priority. Vary grateful for continued good health.

(January 27, 2021, 2:38 pm)I’m a wallflower in social situations, but group fitness classes have always been essential to my mental and physical health. There is something so addictive about the collective energy in a room full of people working out!
Lisa has managed to re-create that atmosphere online for me. I get the best of both worlds. I feel part of a group-but I’m in my own space. The whole concept really works for me. Thanks Lisa!!
