First time receiving Reiki protocol. Not typically a subscriber of alternative modes of support and care. Spoke to Kat (owner) initially to better understand what was involved and to determine if it was for me. Decided to try one Reiki session with Kat before proceeding and came back to finish a 4-session protocol after experiencing a profound shift in my well-being from the first session. Unexpected and delighted. Kat is the real deal who is highly skilled in this wellness modality. She was quick to make me comfortable, educated me on the art and what to expect. I experienced a positive shift for the better. Helped clear foggy head at first session. Went in with a heavy body and left light as a feather, truly deep relaxation that I only achieve after extensive deep diaphragmatic breathing and meditation. Very reasonably priced. Free parking on street. Gift boutique on premises with beautiful local pieces to add a soothing touch to ones life. The aromatherapy essential oils were deeply relaxing.

5 weeks post Reiki sessions and holding onto and building on the gains made here. This Reiki as an add-on modality to my wellness routine contributed to my overall well-being. Thank you Kat!
