I can't say enough about the clinic and staff. Dr. Heather Lacey truly cares about her patients and what's best for them. Finally a place where my animals aren't afraid to visit. Dr. Lacey is thorough and explains all your options with out judgment. She is very supportive and makes you feel very good about the choice you choose for your pet. She has helped our family and our beloved dog pass over the animal rainbow very peacefully. All her thoroughness, and care that Heather shows, you can really see how much she truly enjoys what she does, and the difference she makes in the lives of our pets. My animals love going to her because she makes it such a positive experience for them. I recommend HSV vet clinic 100% for all your fur baby needs.

Cannot say enough great things about this clinic!

Brought my 10 week old puppy in today for follow up (she ended up in emerg at 8 weeks, shortly after we picked her up from the breeder), and I was SO impressed with Dr. Lacey and her staff!

Everyone was so nice, super professional, compassionate, punctual...I could go on. It was a complex, unusual case but Dr. Lacey really took the time to review the lab results and reports from the emergency clinic, the post-discharge diet and meds, and did a very thorough job both with her examination and in answering my (many) questions.

After all our young pup had been through right off the bat, we were dreading putting her through yet another vet visit, but felt at ease right away on meeting Dr. Lacey and her staff. Our little Paisley came out in no time at all with her tail wagging!

So grateful we found this clinic. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. A truly wonderful place.

Thank you Horseshoe Valley Veterinary Hospital!!

We just took our brand new cat to Dr. Heather Lacey and her staff were incredible. What a professional and friendly vet! As a health professional myself I can appreciate that she was on time, thorough and explained everything about his checkup with a completely down to earth conversation. They only opened 2 weeks ago and if you’ve been looking for a local vet I will happily suggest you check her out her clinic.

Trusting a family member to a new person can always be scary but from the moment we arrived we felt completely at ease and our little guy was purring like crazy when we got him back so that’s a great sign!
