We purchased our first boat from Ben with the support of his two sons. They were all incredibly kind and supportive and helped us choose a boat that met the needs of our 19 year old wakeboarder son and our elderly parents.
We recently had a small prop incident and once again Ben and his boys were extraordinary in how they supported us in managing the repair.
I guess we didn't just buy a boat, we bought a relationship.
My son and I built a ski boat from blue prints over a period of 5 years. We approached several marinas for help with ordering parts and to give some guidance. No on was interested in the project. Then we met Ben. Ben and his staff went above and beyond to support us in this heirloom project. From ordering parts to motor repair and installation their work and professionalism was extraordinary. If you are looking to buy a boat of have repairs done I would highly recommend Ben's Marine. You will get friendly, down to earth sales and service advice.
Ben and his family have been amazing with us. We purchased our boat from Ben's Marine 3 years ago and there was a difficult to diagnose problem with the boat. They have been good for fixing the issue even after a few years! This is unheard of in the used boat business!
