  I began sound healing in the middle of my journey with an auto-immune disease. I had tried many forms of therapies but felt there was an emotional/spiritual piece I hadn’t yet focused on. With stress and emotional burdens being such a big factor in our body’s ability to heal I felt called to explore that side of recovery through sound healing. I have been most surprised at how much my experiences during the sessions varies. My first session led me through many vivid visualizations. The following sessions have involved colour/geometric visuals to different instruments sending physical vibrations through my body. In areas where I hadn’t felt much sensation due to my condition I was able to finally feel energy being moved. I always leave feeling relaxed, but also as if my mind and body have somewhat accomplished something.
  Anthony comes from a background of reiki and a lifetime of healing himself alongside his wife, which makes him easy to relate to. He is able to tap into what is of most importance to me on a specific day, and what my body reveals as most important through my chakras and his strong intuition. His knowledge in many other forms of healing and spirituality really brings an extra element to his sessions and also in his follow up homework and recommendations. I feel guided not just during but in our discussions afterward as well.
  I enjoy discussing our “findings” after each session and comparing what I experienced during certain times to what instrument was being used, how tones, keys, vibrations all effect our body in different ways. I feel that the sessions not only help my current state of healing but that I discovered areas I hadn’t realized needed to heal. The tools and suggestions Anthony has provided have already proven very impactful and useful.
  If you are someone who is interested in the sound, body connection I highly recommend you to see Anthony. From the surroundings of his space, to his nurturing presence you will immediately feel as though you are in good hands. His passion and knowledge of sound healing feels as though it comes as a second nature to him. And while everyone will experience something different I feel it will be nothing short of magic! I highly suggest taking notes after a session as sometimes it can take time to fully digest and it is helpful to revisit feelings, sensations even days later.

  I have been researching vibration as a means to affect our well being ever since bumping into cymatics. It is absolutely fascinating! There is so much we are now learning based on ancient traditions combined with modern science. From my understanding everything including likely consciousness is either vibration itself or affected by vibration deeply. The frequencies have the ability heal us (or damage us if to low). Being sceptical I ask a lot of questions and Anth was patient and shared a wealth of knowledge and insight explaining everything in a simple to understand way. I had two sound healing therapy sessions with reiki with him and found it be incredibly meaningful with immediate benefits. I highly recommend if you are open minded and considering this type of therapy to just do it. Grateful you both are doing what you do.

  I had been suffering with a lot of intestinal and digestive issues that were really impacting my life. It had been over a year of trouble shooting and trying different things when I first connected with Mel.
  When I talked to Mel on the phone for the consultation I finally felt that someone had the right approach and would be able to get to the bottom of it and help me, not just get rid of the symptoms, but truly heal and rebalance.
  The process was thorough, and took work and commitment on my part but I was ok with that! I was ready.
  Every person I think will have a different process, but the knowledge, focus, intention, and intuition that Mel put in I am very grateful for.
  
  I'm continuing the process now with Sound Healing treatments by Anthony.
  
  The two of them make a great team an I highly recommend them.
