(February 13, 2019, 10:03 pm)The Horseshoe Resort was amazing! We went for a girl's weekend getaway. I am planning a family trip. I love how it is both adult and kid friendly - they're are plenty of activities for everyone.
There is only 1 thing I could complain about... The cafeteria was not up to par with the rest of the resort.
On the other plus side, the rooms are amazing! We were in the slope side rooms. There were 5 of us who went, and it could've easily slept 8 or more with small children. -

(February 13, 2019, 12:31 pm)I loved this place. Snowshoed for the first time. Lots of trails from easy to not so easy. Enjoyed the climbs and the frozen beaver pond. The staff provided easy check out and quick service. Parking was easy and free right next to the chalet. Most importantly the trails were well marked. Will be back.

(February 9, 2019, 5:19 am)Smaller hill, but well run and the lifts are all in good condition. After skiing here for a while, the is a great hill if you are a new skier. Good variety in terrain and good learning opportunities, lots for you to try. My 6 year is currently in lessons and she loves it. The instructors are great with the kids.
My biggest issues are that that the lodge isn't well set up. No water fountain, or microwave and no Kleenex. These are generally ski staples for a chattel. The food in a the cafeteria is also generally poor. -

Didn't stay there, just used the slopes. They were well groomed and all open.
Good value for rentals, and an large range of sizes available.
Could to with a little more food items been offered.
Also found the hot soup to be just warm.
