(September 24, 2022, 8:39 pm)My family has been here numerous times and it's always clean and well looked after. Love the pools, but haven't used the other rooms yet. Friends use the weight room, and it looks well stocked with machines and free weights.

I'll comment specifically on the free weights area: there are two squat racks, two bench press racks, no incline bench press rack (use one of the squat racks). The weights area could use with some mirrors on the... north side. It's fairly bright and sunny although the free weights area doesn't have windows in the super immediate vicinity. Bring your own lifting belt and straps for deadlifts, etc. Plates are the octagonal shape (not round).

(August 25, 2022, 2:21 am)Visited the New Orillia Recreation center that just had there grand opening last week, and the place looks GREAT!. The staff were all very welcoming and polite, the facility is very functional for everyone's needs and is very handicap accessible. There's also walking trails all around the property to also enjoy and they connect to the Rail Trail as well. Definitely recommend

(July 21, 2022, 3:20 am)The facility is great. Very clean. I wish there was squash courts though... That's truly lacking in this area. One other thing is that they don't have their own website! You need to go to the city of Orillia's website which is so confusing!They make it so difficult to find out what classes are at what time. Every time I try, it doesn't work! Since the classes are basically why I got the membership in the first place, I haven't really gone, it is very frustrating!
