(August 5, 2020, 7:11 pm)Live chat did was frustrating, I wasn’t able to get a clear answer to my questions. It was really just a place for them to take my information which I could have done on a form. I thought I was talking to a bot because my questions were not answered properly. Given the pandemic I was hoping for a better experience online. I could not get simple questions answered about vehicles in stock. Tim made up for the live chat he answered my emails quickly and answered my questions. I was able to get all the information I needed before going into the dealership to purchase our Grand Caravan. After the live chat the experience was very smooth.

(October 19, 2018, 6:47 pm)I am the owner of the world's only replica of the AOE Optimus Prime truck from Transformers (social media keyword search "Optimus Is Here"). We had an event last weekend in Orillia which required an 8-hour drive through weather and bugs.
Thus whenever I reach a destination, I'm faced with the daunting task of cleaning him. OP has a very large surface area to clean and requires access to basic supplies like soap and a water hose. That is why I am grateful to Tom and my new friends at Mac Lang Orillia.
They were gracious enough to bring OP into their shop so I could get him ready for the comic con in Orillia. And when I learned upon arrival that the venue could not accommodate Optimus inside as was originally planned, Mac Lang stepped in and agreed to store the Autobot leader undercover at their dealership overnight.
Though our visit to Orillia was short, I would have no problem coming back to these guys again if we were in the area. So once again, thank you to everyone at Mac Lang for the hospitality last weekend. Optimus and his driver are forever grateful! -Joe
