(October 2, 2020, 5:17 pm)I pulled my lower back (carrying my daughter) and was in extreme pain, so came here to get some relief and help. I worked with Fern who was very friendly and informative. You have to do the work (ie. exercises), but it pays off! I would highly recommend and return if I had to.
