(January 1, 2014, 4:07 pm)I'm a personal trainer and am used to traditional ways of training. But after training with Sandy on her VO 2 reformer, it has brought my training to a new level. Never have I experienced a more over all workout. The core workout is fantastic. My legs never had a better workout. Low impact and safe. Arms got a wicked workout as well.
I highly recommend training with Sandy and her Pilates philosophy. It's great for beginners and high level athletes.
As a cyclist that still races, it has helped me so much. -

I met Sandy through a friend of a friend and since then she has completely turned my life around. Through a great nutrition plan and intense reformer sessions, we have managed to get myself down to a healthy weight and I have never felt better. Sandy at Fueled By Nature is definitely the way to go for anyone looking for an awesome nutritionist and great Pilates instructor.
