  If you want to get in shape and tone your body with the REAL support of someone - James West is the guy to work with! His continuous training in body movement and what works for individuals. He will easily find you modified exercises if you have injuries or areas that are not as flexible. Learning how to do the movements the RIGHT way each and every time then building on that will keep your body strong as you work towards new goals. You can’t go wrong with Quench and their awesome staff!

  James and Jaime are amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out. I've always struggled with weight and their constant positivity and encouragement helps keep me on track. Without them and quench I would not be so accountable and would not be as knowledgeable regarding a healthy lifestyle. Keep up the good work and definitely worth checking out if in need of a gym!

  This gym is not like any I've been too, I love the classes and workouts they have! Jaime and James and the Quench Team are very personable and supportive. ????

  I've tried getting into a healthy lifestyle countless times in my life. This is the first time I have ever been this dedicated. That is 100% thanks to the education James, Jaime and their team provide in regard to fitness & nutrition, as well as the friendly, personable and welcoming environment they provide. I am down almost 50 pounds since starting in January, with no sign of slowing down. I have gained good friends as well as improving my health, and for that I am so grateful. What more could you ask for?
