We have found that Active Release Therapy (ART), also called Active Release Technique, a non-invasive manual therapy technique that works to correct soft tissue restrictions that cause pain and mobility issues has been much more effective than what one would consider the “usual” chiropractic techniques.

(August 13, 2017, 8:48 pm)Dr. Jamie is very thorough and professional. After performing some tests she was able to narrow down the exact cause of my chronic neck pain. She treated me with a combination of A.R.T. and chiropractic adjustments and before long I was back to normal…pain free ?!!!
