The atmosphere at BRBL is super inviting and comfortable. I tend to be anxious getting my hair cut, but I was totally at ease here.
I know next to nothing about hair, but the cut Cassandra gave me is one of the only ones that has ever looked good with my natural texture. I’ve been able to go without straightening my hair for 6 months.
We drive up to BRBL from Hamilton - that’s how good it is! -

I have naturally long thick curly hair and she really took her time to probably dry cut and shape my hair just how I had described to her. She uses premium products that smell amazing and left my hair incredible soft and shiny. She’s very knowledgeable about hair and obviously has a passion for what she does.
Overall, extremely satisfied with my cut! Will definitely be going back -

The questions she asks on her pre-visit survey made me feel comfortable before I even stepped through the door. She cares what the client wants, and delivers 100% in the finished product. It wasn’t only the service she provided me but the confidence and huge smile she put on my face at every step of the process. She’s extremely talented with so many different types of hair.
My hair type is very curly and dense, sitting at a 3B/C curl pattern. She was gentle with my hair and told me about every single product she put in my hair which made me feel that much more comfortable hearing ingredients I already use in my hair every day. She dyed my virgin hair a bright auburn colour and gave me the completely new look I needed.
The experience was beyond amazing, and I will definitely be back soon.
