(March 28, 2019, 3:35 pm)I recently contacted Ruben from Aquapura regarding slow water flow from my RO system to the fridge. Let me just say that I havent had this kind of customer service for years. Not only his price was beyond reasonable, he went through a couple of options and gave me all the needed parts to try different options to get the water flow to my likings without charging me anything. He advised me to try all the options and return the rest of the parts once satisfied with the outcome. I had the RO system in my house for a couple of months and not a single company helped me the way Aquapura helped me. I highly recommend them. Ruben and Nick are very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

(November 16, 2018, 11:23 pm)Ruban the owner is a stand up guy and runs a solid family business. We moved to Tottenham 2 years ago and heard about the ongoing issues with the water. Ruban made the process easy in finding the suitable filtration system for our home. Installation was quick and clean and I have had 0 issues. Pricing is also good compared to other competitors. I would definitely recommend his services.
