Her friendly personality made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. She has a great work ethic and responded to messages in a quick manner. I would work with her again in the future.

I have now found the company I will forever work with in the future. These people were fantastic to deal with. They pulled me out of one of the worst , private mortgages anyone could be in and placed me in a fantastic mortgage with a great lender. They were there for every phone call and every question and they were professional, quick , friendly and they made me feel at ease during the whole process. I have never had a better experience. At no time was I concerned. I was always able to contact my agent and anyone in the office I spoke with treated me like they knew me personally. If you are looking for a broker, this is the place to go.

(February 8, 2021, 11:17 pm)I am a real estate sales representative and I believe you must meet with Jenna Lorette when shopping for a mortgage. She is a terrific Broker who provides her clients an outstanding experience and result. Her customer service is professional, fast and knowledgeable.
I've had many clients insist on using their lender, until they couldn't; until they realized the response was too slow, they weren't supported by that lender or simply the lender didn't have the expertise for their situation.
The resulting response every time they finally speak to Jenna is: "Thank you, she is fantastic, quick and knows her stuff."
If you want someone who loves to save you money, has her finger on the pulse of the market and is fun to work with then this is the place for you.
I not only recommend her services to my clients and colleagues, but I am a client of hers as well.

We couldn’t find a better rate anywhere else and the process was super simple, especially while doing it remotely. Thanks again Jenna for all your hard work, and I will recommend you to everyone I know!!
