She treats our cat like she's her own, and it's obvious she adores animals. One winter our thermostat broke, which she dealt with quickly, and had it fixed before we even found out about it. She provides an excellent service and we recommend her to everyone!

She responded very quickly when I initially messaged her and was eager to set up a meeting. She asked all the right questions, was very professional, and my cat warmed up to her in no time!
While I was away she sent me messages and photos every day.
It was so comforting knowing she was looking after my cat and the house.
Patricia is so kind and warm- someone you feel at ease trusting, even after meeting once.
I really look forward to using Patricias services again and cannot say enough positive things about her!
