(February 21, 2019, 12:15 pm)I'm really not sure how this place gets a high rating for customer service because without fail, I am never acknowledged upon entering the store or any time I am in the store. I don't that expect an associate to bind themselves to me or worship the ground I walk on but being paid attention to on some level is appreciated. Just yesterday, I spent an entire hour in the store selecting and trying on jeans and had multiple staff walk by like I didn't exist. The only reason I went in is because they carry a good brand of jeans and I had a gift certificate. Fortunately for me, a store very nearby carries the same brand and they pride themselves on customer as service. Unfortunately for Mark's, a store very nearby carries the same brand...
*Update: Personal contact was initiated by certain staff in efforts to reach my confidence level. We'll see what transpires. Changed my rating to reflect efforts made. -
