I am always impressed with my doctor, however the receptionists are almost always rude and abrasive.
I have been going to this doctors office since I was 4 years old, I am more 26. It is very hard to make an appointment and to reach reception. That being said, when I have had emergencies they have always tried to get me in (allergic reaction to wasp) and been very accommodating. Sometimes they run late and sometimes they are right on time. It can be inconsistent but I don’t think it is all the clinics fault. The nurses all know me from endless allergy shots and make conversation and Dr Poole is always kind.
Dr Bedard is a great man. A real sign is when you go to a clinic or hospital for urgent care and they find out your family doctor is Dr Bedard everyone universally agrees we are lucky and he is a great doctor.
