  MB Barrie has been the best dealership I have dealt with this far! I am really grateful to have gotten to meet Marina Faucett and the rest of the staff, as they have phenomenal customer service and really treat you with respect. Marina was super helpful in getting me the best price for my vehicle and answering the many questions that I had. She was always open and engaging and really helped me navigate the process. Unlike other dealerships, the customer is not abandoned as soon as the sale is made, as she continues to check in with me on the car and has answered any questions I've had right away. I would encourage anyone to not hesitate to contact Marina and the MB Barrie team!

  I cannot say enough good things about MB Barrie! I have only had the BEST experiences here, but most significant;y with Fernando Marrone. The type of service he provides cannot be taught, it's ingrained in the great person he is! He is honest, fair and always available to answer any questions or help in any way - qualities unheard of in this industry. I will be a lifetime customer of Mercedes Benz Barrie because of him!

  Mary, my salesperson , was knowledgeable and aware of what I wanted. She found me what I was looking for and did not push an alternative or sell up. Mary listened and helped me make good choices, fill in all the paper work and get what I needed. The dealership and Mary are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and professional. A very positive experience all around. !!!

  First class experience. Marina the salesperson was honest and thorough. She walked me through the entire process and followed up multiple times to ensure I was loving my vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to interact with from the finance officer to the manager. I was given a thorough walk through and demo of my vehicle and reached out with questions that were answered right away. 5 star service. THANK YOU!
