The floor had degraded from 15 years of foot traffic and a combination of too much sun or no sun (carpets). So there was no consistency of colour. When Rail was finished the floor looked totally and completely brand new. He was fast, professional and the workmanship was exceptional. I recommend Rail and co for sure.

(May 11, 2021, 3:20 pm)I called them to refinish a section of my 100+ year old hardwood floors that was in terrible shape and covered in glue. The communication to arrange the job was very timely. They did an excellent job on the floors and answered all my questions. When the plan for stain needed to be altered they explained why and gave me several options to choose from before continuing work. I am thrilled with the final result of my floors and will definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Rail and his partner installed unfinished hardwood floors and then sanded them over , applied the stain we chose and finished the floors with clear coat. Our floors look amazing now! The team was very friendly and professional, all work was provided on time. So we were very satisfied with the quality and price. I fill confident to recommend this company for floor refinishing services and home improvements.
