  Leaving a review solely for the exceptional service - ordered at 8:40pm in a snow storm, and still received the order within 40 minutes. Driver gave a courtesy call and was the most polite person I've met. There is several pizza places nearby- Pizza is pizza, but il absolutely order again for the service.

  AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I have never had a better experience with pizza delivery and customer service! Gentleman named Reg, was so friendly and efficient. Gave a curtesy call before coming to the house as well, which i very much appreciated! Would highly recommend choosing pizza nova in Innisfil! Thanks Reg :)

  Ordered a pizza tonight, as usual the pizza was great, was warm and delicious & I highly recommend trying the carbone pizza crust. Reg our delivery man was super friendly, called (unfortunately I didn't have my phone on me but he left a voicemail) to remind he was close by, I was in no rush and asked the pizza well done to boot, does take a little extra cooking, hope y'all get to do service with him ????

  Ordered Pizza at 11:00pm last night for my husband and his partner working in the garage. The pizza was fantastic with crunchy hot peppers, HUGE bacon strips and normal pepperoni... they ordered chicken wings as well with sauce on the side and the wings were so crispy they did not even use the sauce. Pizza is quite small but it is like that with this chain. Delivery guy Reg was a very nice guy and delivery was 15 minutes early. Will order again... xxxxx
