We just moved to a new home and needed our chimney cleaned. When he came, thankfully he was very helpful in explaining that there were more problems than we thought....
He cleaned our chimney, and did an inspection finding a few problems that needed correction. He arrived on time and did everthing that was promised.
We were so impressed with this company! We had an emergency with our 32 unit complex, with definite clogged ducts. They arrived after our phone and took care of the situation with excellent and satisfying results. He and his partner were so polite, so willing to share info about the problem and considering "Social Distancing" ALL was done with great care. He was better than any competitors we had contacted. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company...
We contacted Clean Air Canada Duct to clean the ducts on our of our rental properties. Right from the start, the customer service was excellent. The technician arrived on time (even a few minutes early), and was a sincere pleasure to deal with. The service was completed and we are very satisfied.
