(October 31, 2023, 8:14 pm)The technician who came was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only was he careless and rash, he also tried to find excuses for his mistakes.
Firstly, he began operating on my washing machine before emptying the water inside of it, and neither did he shut the water valve before beginning. Then, he leaned my washing machine against the wall at a very dangerous angle WITHOUT any support before leaving to get tools from his car. The washing machine fell over, breaking the pipe cap attached, which caused a major leak. My room was flooded, and it even leaked into my basement, destroying my paint work.
When I mentioned the leaking hose cap, his excuse was because the cap was rusted, but the rusted part was clearly not leaking. That part had been rusty before he came, and wasn’t leaking prior. The water was only leaking from the deformed part of the cap caused by his carelessness. After this, he proceeded to try to unscrew the hose with the valve still open, and the pipe still sending water. When I pointed this out, he complained that his mistakes were because “I talked too much.” Not only was he very poorly trained, he also had a terrible work ethic, and it seems like he was only skilled in finding excuses for his mistakes to shirk his responsibilities.
