  I started going to Angus Autopro after moving into the area last fall. They have always been prompt, friendly, and professional. Recently I had chipmunks get into my engine and cause thousands of dollars worth of damage. Not only did the staff at Angus Autopro find time to see me right away, they also coordinated with my warranty provider, called multiple car rental locations to secure a rental vehicle for me, and offered suggestions for how to manage my rodent issue in the future. I was blown away by the attentive and generous service I received here and would highly recommend Angus Autopro to anyone in the area.

  Routinely bring "my baby" - 2008 BMW 328xi to Angus Autopro for post-$tealership service. My first visit, I will be honest, I was nervous as I had been brainwashed to believe the Dealer was the only one who can safely service my car. Absolute Hogwash. I have now been to ANGUS AUTOPRO many times for a variety of unrelated issues (if you own a BMW you know what I mean... gah) and they have adeptly and professionally performed BEYOND expectations EVERY time. Excellent Pricing, Excellent Service, Completely Professional. I won't go anywhere else. Kyle, Gayle, Ed and their mechanics - a team you can trust. And "No," I don't work for them or get any benefit for writing this (!), other than usually a sincere "Thank you," as they genuinely care about these reviews.

  They have always been extremly honest and provide exceptional customer service.
  Kyle always provides full detail and explains it in a way a not-so-savy car person would understand. They have even shown me what was wrong so I understand why I needed the maintenance I did at the time.
  I fully trust them, and continue to bring my car there even after moving - it's hard to find trust worthy mechanics, especially being a young female. Thanks !

  I've used these guys twice and was impressed both times. I was referred to them by a friend. The first time was to replace my truck brakes which I had previously had done (and poorly) in New Brunswick. The warranty was good, price suitable for the job and customer service excellent. A few months later, my wife's van was vandalized while I was away on business. She took it in and they got her hooked up with exactly what was required without a hassle. Unlike other places (e.g. Ottawa), they don't try to take advantage of women.
