I contacted Chad to have a tree in our backyard removed. He was very professional and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again for any future jobs. Thanks again Chad.
Chad runs an outstanding business—far exceeded our expectations. He was punctual and efficient in all of our dealings, (and our project was extensive!), and thorough and professional in the work he did. We did not know too much about a project like this, and Chad helped us understand our options in a very 'non-salesy' manner—refreshing. We would highly recommend Nature's Tree Services for any and all of your needs, and hope to work with Chad again in the future.
Had multiple trees removed by Chad and his crew. Great job done well priced very knowledgeable and sfe working team clean up was great. Crew showed up to work on time. Very polite and professional team. Thank you Natures Tree Service
Very professional company with a professionally educated arborist, beyond excellent customer service and state of the art equipment.
When I first met the owner Chad I felt very confident that I had contacted the right company. We had a very large Elm behind the house taken down initially.
The trickier job was 3 more 70+ feet elms that needed to come down that were 5 feet from the side of our house, two feet from our neighbour's fence with large limbs hanging over both of our homes. Because of the limited access to the trees (and some high tension hydro wires at front of the house in the way) they couldn't use their regular bucket truck.
Chad contracted the service of a crane operator and it was really spectacular to watch how him and his crew orchestrated the procedure. They had to bring each giant limb that was cut down by crane into the neighbours front yard as there was no room on our property because of the location of the trees. I couldn't believe that they had 3 huge elm trees in a weird spot down in 3 hours!!! It was really truly amazing to watch how they took them down.
Not only are these guys highly skilled but they obviously care about nature too. We had noticed that there was a large squirrel nest high up in one of the elm trees. We are animal lovers and felt bad that there was a nest that would be coming down. We hadn't mentioned anything about the nest but I happened to be watching when they took that limb down with the nest in it. Each giant limb would be slowly lowered to the ground by the crane. When this limb was on the ground I actually saw Chad go over and check that there were no squirrel babies in the nest before he gave the all clear to cut up the limb on the ground. WOW WOW WOW.
It is also apparently that Chad has the utmost regard for the safety of his crew as well as the safeguarding of your property around the tree removal area.
They clean everything up afterwards like they were never there. I also loved that the crew has a real comraderie amongst them. The clearly enjoy doing their job and take pride in their work.
Chad and his crew did a wonderful job taking the tree off my house, but more than that, they were such a calming presence. Super nice guys with the utmost of professionalism.Highly recommend! Thanks Guys :)
