As my husband and I were considering purchasing an investment property in Blue Mountains, we were impressed that Steph and Joseph were able to provide both real estate services, and their Hosting Blue property management services. Steph is very knowledgeable with investment properties in the area and the requirements necessary to run a short term rental in the Blue Mountain and Collingwood area. Steph answered all of the questions we had and spent the time with us needed to find our property. Once purchased, Steph and Joseph worked with us to get our unit up and running. Since starting on the Airbnb platform in Sept 2019 with Hosting Blue, we have had above average occupancy rates, and excellent reviews posted by all of the guests. Steph and Joseph are always responsive to our questions, and very supportive when unexpected maintenance is required. My husband and I have appreciated their efforts to keep our unit profitable, even during the pandemic, looking forward to continue working with Steph and Joseph and the Hosting Blue team!

Their expertise in the short-term rental market, along with their attention to detail in every area of property management has made all the difference. Communication is seamless and attentive, handling my customer needs, as well as their concerns is done with respect and understanding, and they are quick to offer excellent tips on how to improve my properties for optimum marketing. Even in difficult economic times they have been able to keep my properties booked and profitable. I love the attention to detail and the positive attitude they always bring to their work.
