The farm was a complex and involved sale, as, although it was situated in the blue mountains, there were many barns full of years of collected “stuff”, a commercial pig barn, and many other issues that seemed overwhelming at the time.

Dennis and Karen helped me find and arrange someone to remove the old hay in the barns, obtained expert advise to help me deal with an effluent tank on the property, buyers for some items, and much more personal assistance. In short, they guided me through the many decisions that needed to be made through the entire involved cleanup process, as the property was neglected for many years. They also saved me quite a bit of money by advising where to spend money and time on repairs before the sale.

To obtain top dollar for the property, Dennis and Karen obtained drone footage of the farm to highlight the view, and to encourage buyers to see it’s potential.

Due to Dennis and Karen’s savvy marketing skills, there was a bidding war for the property. We obtained top dollar for it, above asking price, within a few weeks after listing, for a farm I thought might sit on the market for a couple years.

This same real estate team sold three lots for me in Collingwood at the same time that received top dollar, again.
