My family has had a mixed bag of interactions with this business. Great dry cleaning service and reasonable rates. Their seamstress does good work and at a good rate, but their customer service is normally one step above horrible. Even over the phone I get a complacent attitude with an urgency to get off the phone. Often poor English and attitude when asked to repeat themselves. I just called about getting a suit taken in and they said yes and I asked for a rough estimate in price and they said they would have to check and then promptly hung up on me. I called back: exactly the same result. Poorly managed business.
