  So today I had to replace my license plates because they were bubbling and I went to the service Ontario to have them replaced. I could not get my plates off because the bolts were so rusted and a passerby tried to help me with the wrench thing I had. To no avail he mentioned that a clinch thing tool would do the trick. Home hardware was just next door and I walked in looking for this tool thing. A gentleman from customer service found me trying to figure out what I might need and without a second thought he grabbed wd40 and a tool thing. He removed the bolts and I asked if we could replace them with new bolts. He did it all for me and all it cost me was $2.30 for new bolts. I loved that this guy without question helped me out rather than buy a tool that I don't even know would work.

  One of the best hardware stores I've ever been to. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and, while 'small-ish', the product selection is very good. I frequently drive right past the other two "Big Stores" in town to go to Home Hardware.

  Love this store. Very friendly stuff. Haven't been there lately because I fell in there store off of the walker they have there for people to use. I broke my spine and my tailbone in 3 pieces. It's 2 years later and I am still sore from it. I had never used a walker before and I had no idea it had brakes on it. I went to use it and it rolled down the store which really sucks. My own fault. I am disabled so I got a lot worse. They should put a sign on there walkers saying to use the brakes or that it has brakes at least.once I get better I will start shopping there more regularly. Usually I shop from the catalogue call them and go into the store and ask the cashier to have my order brought to the register. There more then happy to help me do my shopping.

  Fantastic! Couldn't recommend them higher. Wonderful customer service! Well managed. Reasonable prices. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years.

  Love the small-town local feel of this store! The family-run business is awesome, staff are typically knowledgeable and always friendly. They will go over and above to find the right item for you, and quite often will suggest something that will save you money, rather than have you spend extra on a product you don't need. I often go to Home Hardware for advice on how to do a repair, and always get great advice! I highly recommend this store.
