  Water Depot - Essa Road (Barrie) has it all. Outstanding customer service, products, services, they support the community by offering to help out so many charitable events including but not limited to local schools in the area and always strive to offer excellent sales promotions so your buck goes a little further. I find it alot more convenient and cost efficient to purchase my refills here as they have a good selection of water (Reverse Osmosis and Alkaline) with ample number of taps to make it quick and easy every time. Gary always seems to be working and I wasn't even sure that anyone else even worked there at first; however now I see why as he is super friendly and demonstrates exemplary customers skills and develops rapport with every customer who walks in that door! He even goes above and beyond the call of duty and offers to carry your water to your vehicle. I mean where do you find that kind of service anywhere else these days! Tremendous job Water Depot - Essa (Barrie), I will be a customer for many more years to come!

  I love going to this location. Great water, great deals and great staff. Gary especially is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

  Extremely helpful staff member by the name of Jacob. He was able to help me fix our water softener over the phone. It's hard to find good service like this. Thank you, we will be coming back for future service.

  I am very impressed with the quality of service I received from this store, they went out of there way to accommodate me, and I was very pleased with their service and friendliness. They honor their word and the promises they make. I highly recommend this store, the owner takes pride in the work he does and it shows.
