Nicole has been my counselor and Mentor for many years. From the moment I walked into her office I felt safe, cared for and respected. I appreciated that she would let me talk...a lot! In most cases rather then just tell me what I should do, Nicole would help me see things for myself and this grew my confidence. Never did I feel overwhelmed or judged by her. She has walked beside me thru some very dark waters and has shown me I have and am everything I need to succeed in life. She truly is like a friend and I love her dearly. The best thing about Nicole is how she teaches healthy boundaries, she excepts no BS and neither does she give it. I have changed from an insecure and scared girl to a woman who sees her worth.So much have I changed that I am starting university this fall at age 56. I can never thank her enough and I recommend her 1000%

Talking with Nicole feels like you’re talking to someone you have known your whole life. She has such a calm and comforting presence. I have been a client of hers for many years now, and I feel so grateful to have her in my life. She has helped me learn so much about myself and has guided me through some very difficult times. I would not be the person I am today had I not found her. She helps me find much needed clarity for a variety of situations in my life and our sessions are always filled with humour! Nicole is very understanding and will always be honest with you and tell it like it is. Everyone needs a Nicole in their life!

Nicole was a lifeline to me and I use the analogy of a life preserver at a time where I thought I was drowning. She listened to me and helped guide me through some very dark times and decision making and I felt confident with her by my side. She was so easy to talk to but gave some tough love where it was needed. I confidently recommend her to anyone needing a 'life preserver' thrown out to reach them.

Having Nicole as my counsellor is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I feel so fortunate to know her. She is warm and receptive, non-judgmental, and I feel I could talk about anything. She has challenged me in positive ways and helped open my eyes to my own strengths. Going to Nicole has been a remarkably empowering experience.

All I can say is that I love, love, LOVE Nicole. She has been such a great constant in my journey through life and is an amazing counselor. She challenged me to overcome obstacles I never though I could overcome. She has a 100% caring heart. Everyone should have a counselor like Nicole
