(September 12, 2021, 1:59 am)This store isn't my usual store as I am from out of town but they had Osmo products in-store so I thought I drop by to pick some up. I wanted to say I was quite impressed with the service and for many reasons.
1. I had received a birthday coupon but for some reason, it didn't work. Matt figured out that it wasn't activated and was kind enough to call customer service to try and activate the coupon. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant and provided a solution to my problem. I felt valued as a customer and really appreciate the extra effort he took.
2. There was a man that walked in without a mask and I've personally witnessed in other stores, staff would never say a thing. Sue was quick to kindly ask if he had a mask and he pulled one out and put it on. This made me confident to shop at The Source because she ensured it was a safe environment for all the customers.
I wanted to thank Matt and Sue for such a positive experience today! -

My grandsons computer stopped working and he Had to have a replacement for Monday.
She was able and more than willing to work through everything with me on the phone and o just picked everything he needs up.
Well done to a caring person and a helpful store.
