Great place! In summer, pass the waiting line and go to the patio. Patio is almost closed with a glass wall and two fireplaces, so you can stay warm even on colder nights. We enjoyed our evening and the food was delicious. Prices are average for same level restaurants, around $100 for a couple. I recommend sangria!

First off I love the new location and the modern feel of the restaurant. We made reservations online which was very easy and we were seated immediately. Our waiter was a young man named Eric who was amazing. He was friendly and chatting and everything came to the table without having to wait too long. We did not feel rushed and completely enjoyed our evening. He is probably one of the best servers I've ever had. The sirloin steak and prime rib were excellent and of course the garlic mashed potatoes outstanding . We travel extensively and this was an excellent meal served with old-fashioned hospitality.

Lovely night out with my family for my grandmother's birthday. They were wonderful with my grandma, and very accommodating to her dietary needs. She enjoyed her meal and evening very much. Unfortunately I found the seafood on top of my seafood sirloin was bland with little flavour other then the scallops. It was a bit disappointing. Other than that appetizers were wonderful and dessert was lovely. Another nice family event.

Prices have exceeded the food quality. With tip, 3 adults without liquor orders pushed the bill to about $180. Pretty steep for a chain restaurant I think. Good food, but not special or good enough for the price level. We stuck to rather pedestrian beef items because of the prices and still hit the price of much fancier restaurants. Better than Applebees or Outback, yes... but way over double?? Don't think so. Service was good. Long line up to get in Father's Day weekend, so others must not agree with my criticism but perhaps there aren't many local alternatives. Most of us can do a better job of steak, even on the backyard grill, with more generous portions as well and still feed 10 or more people for that price. Hard to stand out based on just steak, so The Keg could really step up its game on the rest of the meal. Not bad, but too ordinary for the price. Won't make my list for a special outing any time soon.

The New Location is great! Parking is ample at Park Place, and Restaurant itself looks and feels bigger, more open. The patio is nice, just outside off the bar. It also feels like the new location has rejuvenated the service, and given the old staff and new ones a fresh boost. Never had any complaints at the old location, it just has a better vibe, staff, decor and overall experience.
My wife and I went and celebrated our 16th anniversary there for dinner. Service was prompt and sincere, and I noticed a strong team dynamic, with servers working together to ensure food came out as soon as it was ready, delivering to each others tables, with Management also actively pitching in and working the floor and engaging guests. Most of all of us have worked hospitality at one time or another, and you can recognize when people are happy, feel valued and are in a good space. The Keg gave off that vibe.
We ordered a bottle of Merlot, the crispy fried cauliflower and bacon wrapped scallops for apps, with my (Vegan) wife ordering the Mediterranean cauliflower (yes, a vegan can eat at a steakhouse!) And I had the 8 oz. Sirloin. The steak was cooked perfectly, the accompanying vegetables were fresh and crisp. We both enjoyed our meals, and the whole experience, and look forward to going back again soon.
