The Farmhouse Restaurant

I went there for the first time on my birthday with my daughter, son- in- law and my two grandsons for a Brunch! It was very nice there and they have a lovely menu to choose from! I chose the Farmhouse Special Breakfast! Their food was amazing! I even bought one of their new coffee mugs!

Waitress was very friendly and gave us constant attention. We were outside on the second floor and the view was gorgeous. I had the crispy trout with raw veggies and dip and felt is farm fries as my 2 sides. The food was fantastic and delicious. The trout was fresh and moist. The fries had this amazing seasoning. The dip for the veggies was a nice dairy dill flavour and went very well with the large variety of fresh veggies. My wife had the beef tenderloin. Medium rare and was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. A very pleasant place to dine at.

We went on a Friday night. Our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice as there was music in the background and we could talk without elevating our voices. The food was delicious and the desert was homemade! Highly recommend this place for a date night or a family gathering.

We were there for dinners after finish the day with Formula North 2019. The place is so popular. So, making a reservation is better way to get your table.

The wait time for the table is varied. The wait time for the food is not so bad. May be I was too hungry. The food portion is good to fill you up. The price is on a bit expensive side but you pay for the great atmosphere too. The lake view is so beautiful.

The parking is big and more parking around the area with short walk.
