Swiss Chalet

The appitizer (cheese dip) was a big disappointment and we sent it back. Dip wasn't done right and wrong cheese, and the chips were stale. We opted for spring rolls which was much better. The wait for the meals was very long. When it did come it was hot and good. Chicken slightly overcooked but still good. Staff was great but they seemed overworked and understaffed. The place was big, fairly clean, though the seat cushions were quite worn. Come here but be patient.

Service great, Table top was sticky. Food ok, the Fries were so crispy my wife couldn't eat hers, We ordered the same meal.. one plate looked half full and the other plate overflowing.

Very good. Great value. Tried the crispy fried chicken for a change. It was excellent. Hot, crispy, flavourful. It's unlike any fast food chicken but very very good. Coleslaw is very good too...lol.

This restaurant? This one right here? Amazing. The food is always hot and delicious, not to mention the chicken is always moist and tasty. Truly a treasured treat for any family looking for a soulful place to sit down and enjoy a meal in.

I love this Swiss Chalet. Whenever I come here, it's typically not a long wait (if any) to get in. The place is kept extremely clean, the staff are always more than happy, and extremely knowledgeable on the menus. The food they serve is always delicious, and I've never had a bad experience here. I love the layout inside, the bathrooms by the entrance easy to access, the dining room laid out in a very nice looking fashion, the prices are fair, I get coupons in the mail often, which is the only time I come here though as standard pricing is a bit much for my young self. Overall, a very good Swiss Chalet, probably the gold standard for them.
