  I got my roof done by a different company, the day after my roof was done it rained and i could hear water dripping in the wall of our bedroom. I contacted the company that did my roof only to be told he would come back "whenever it dried" to add more caulking. After a week he never showed up. I then contacted Sunflow to see if they could inspect my roof and fix the drip. The secretary was very friendly, I told her my wife and I were concerned about water damage and would like to know if anyone could come that day since they were calling for rain the next day. She said she wans't sure but would try her best. A few hours later I got a call from a gentleman named Mark to let me know he was on his way. I wasn't home for this but my wife was and she said he was quick and courteous. He trimmed all the shingles and put caulking in all the spots the previous roofer hadn't done and left. The following day it did rain. Mark went out of his way to call me to see if it was still dripping. I told him it still was but very little. He then came out of his way to come again and add more caulking in the spot it was leaking. It has rained since and he called again to verify that it was water tight, which it now is. A few days later the owner Mike called me to let me know that "the job is on the house." In other words, he has done my job for free which is absolutely amazing! The next day the secretary called to see if everything was fixed. I am amazed at the GREAT customer service this company provides! The next time I need my roof re-done I will be calling Sunflow
