Southshore group brought our backyard dream to reality! Not only was the quoted price very competitive, but the quality of the finished product is exceptional. Excellent communication from project manager David made the project very stress free. With such a big project, issue will inevitably arise, but David solved them quickly. Jenn and her crew were extremely professional and worked through poor weather, coming on time every day. Even our neighbours commented on how impressed they were. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have Southshore care for this project!

The whole team was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. David Garratt the project Manager has a very sharp attention to detail, which is something very important to me. My family and I decided to invest in our backyard and get a pool for our daughters to enjoy. As you can imagine there are many companies you can find by doing a simple google search. We called three companies and none of them really excited us, none really saw the vision that we wanted to accomplish they just didn’t seem to care for our business. Let’s be honest there is a pandemic and they probably are extremely busy, and our job probably wasn’t the biggest. We continued our search and found Southshore Group. We sent an inquiry and David responded quickly and was able to come out the very next day and provide a quote. We told him what we wanted, and he was able to articulate and bring our vision to life, he understood what we wanted and what we were worried about. The best part, he was equally as excited about doing our project as we were to have it done. we knew right away Southshore was the company we wanted to work with. Price: very fair, and very competitive and in some cases better than some of the other companies we called. Also, genuine there was no cutting corners to make a bigger profit. We told them our budget and the respected it and stayed in it, even found things we could change to save money, they even talked us out of spending money if they didn’t think it was necessary, we appreciated that. Product: they used top quality products for stone, equipment, steel and vinyl. I would say what really set them apart from the competition was the team. Project was lead by Jenn who was phenomenal in every single detail, if it was right by her standard she would do it again. There was also CJ, John, and Taylor all who put so much care in everything they did, and they had fun, no matter how hot, or how cold it was outside. The team measured, remeasured, levelled and relevelled to ensure every single last piece was perfect so we could enjoy our backyard without problems for years to come. On the last day of work, the entire team came to show appreciation for us including Travis the owner, and Elaine the office manager, it was nice meeting them and being able to chat with them. I can’t say enough about Southshore, communication was timely, transparent and frequent. I will recommend Southshore to everyone. We will definitely be calling them again for any other projects we want to do. The worst part about having Southshore was when they were done knowing they wouldn’t be coming again since they became friends and not just workers

We are more than happy with the new walkway and driveway edging as well as garden landscaping. The work was done quickly and efficiently yet there is nice detail. Our house looks so much better. Thanks!

Southshore completely redid our entire backyard and managed to build what we had been attempting to achieve for years. From design to completion they were amazing to both communicate and work with, and even left us firewood for our first use of the firepit! Would not hesitate to recommend them.
