As a young couple looking to buy our first home, we found many real estate agents that we spoke to did not have interest in our business or even passed judgment with regards to the price range we were looking at when we first began looking. Shelley and Sumant however were very supportive from the first moment we met them. We had been looking for a house for almost a year, and the entire time they were patient in taking us to the many different house viewings we were constantly requesting. We had been looking in many different areas as well and they were willing and able to travel far distances for us to view houses. We were always eager to see houses right away upon seeing new houses hit the market and Shelley and Sumant always made sure one them them were available to show us the home as soon as possible. They are respectful, kind and will advocate to get you the best home possible to met your needs and desires. Upon finally finding our home, they worked quickly to prepare the offer and make the process smooth and easy for us. Being first time home buyers there are many things we don't know and they have been there to explain things to us and make sure the important things are done.
