  I recently purchased a new cell phone for my wife, through Rogers. I attended the Rogers Store at 411 Bayfield St. N, Barrie for activation. I was capably assisted by Christina and Giuliana. These associates were very knowledgeable and professional in assisting me, and they certainly brought customer service to a new level for the retail world. I could not be happier about the overall treatment I received. I will continue to go with Rogers, and if I ever need assistance of any kind, I will be back to this store, and ask exclusively to have either of these two associates assist me. It was a pleasurable experience. Keep up the great work !!!

  Best rogers I have ever been too! Needed a new phone upgrade and a new phone for my spouse and they took the time to make sure all my needs where met! The associate that helped made sure to ask all the right questions and was very thorough! From phone upgrades to new phone plans and phone cases; trade in on old phone they did it all and even threw in a free google home mini! Can definitely say we are very thankful for all of their help!!
