Karen was very professional and respectful navigating covid protocols, and had a wealth of knowledge when it came to aligning our wants/needs/lifestyle with the area and types of housing available within our budget. Karen not only educated us and advocated for us throughout the home-buying process, but she made a stressful process a lot more fun!
