I called a number of appraisers and some were just to busy to speak with me. The last appraiser I tried was Professional Appraiser Group and spoke with the owner Brain Jack. He was very professional and really understood my dilemma . Spent a least a half an hour speaking to me with some really good solid advice on a real estate transaction, and probably saved us a lot of headache . He could of charged me anything but did not and also was very respectful of our situation without taking sides. Thanks Brian for your time, I know your busy, and I will be sure to refer you to anyone who needs a real estate appraiser in the future.
