  We are absolutely thrilled with our our in ground pool! Going into the purchase we knew nothing about pools at all. Mark Mawson our sales representative was incredible. He met with us and went over all our options for our backyard. I can not say enough about the entire Pioneer Pools team from start to finish. Kelley Hogarth was incredible at organizing and scheduling all the details. The crew from start to finish was a joy to have working in the backyard. Hearing them laugh and talk to each other was another example of a great company atmosphere. Was an honour to have them install our pool! Thank you Pioneer Pool Family ! Love the Aita Family !

  We have spent quite a bit of time shopping for a pool and after visiting all the local pool stores in Barrie we found Pioneer to be the most knowledgeable and friendly.
  
  From the point of buying to the efficient scheduling and the professionalism of the installers we couldn’t of found a better place to purchase the pool we have been waiting a lifetime for.

  Kyle there is amazing and the reason I keep going back. The rest of the staff is hit or miss - a few are nice, some seem to know some stuff, and the others are borderline rude. If it weren't for Kyle, we'd take our business elsewhere, but he's helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. Kyle deserves 5 stars but the rest of the store is about a 2.5

  Great spa buying experience. Our salesperson Meagan answered all our questions and helped us in deciding what model best suits our needs.
  Delivery crew Jay and Mark did a fantastic job getting the spa to a difficult backyard.
  Highly recommend Pioneer Pools!!

  We have had a great experience with the purchase of our new spa! We came into the store several times to “kick tires”and dream a little bit. Always treated warmly with absolutely NO pressure to buy or commit and we were never made to feel like we were wasting your sales staff time. They just answered every question we had and gave us space. When the time came and we were comfortable with a purchase, it was very seamless and easy. Alan was our salesman and he even answered my text questions on the weekend after hours! Your install crew, Jay and Mark, were fast, polite and thorough. 5 stars Pioneer start to finish.
