Dealing with Patio Concepts was a very good experience. They have an excellent website and with Randi following up either by email or phone my order process was completed in a timely manner. Less then 5 weeks from my order date my DIY Veranda Jardin Patio Plus (18 x 20) arrived directly to our cottage in Kawartha country! I won't lie, the install was a little tricky (I'm not that handy BTW) but completed in 3 days with the help of a friend. My wife and I immediately began using our screened porch for breakfast and dinners it was awesome! Thanks Patio Concepts!
